Getting Help
If, at any time, you need help using the website, you have three options:
Help Link at the Top
The top of every page always has a Help link that you can press.
This will take you to the Help Table of Contents, where you can get help on any subject.
Context Help
At various locations throughout the website, you will
see little "question mark" icons (
) next to various buttons
and features. Clicking these icons will bring you
to help on that particular feature. For example:
Clicking the first question mark will bring up help with updating item quantities in your cart. Clicking the second one will bring up help associated with removing an item from your cart.
Contacting Us for Help
If you need help with something that is not answered by our website, you can go to our Contact Page and ask your question.
