Out of Stock Items

If you ordered an item that is out of stock, it will ship as soon as we receive it from our supplier. This can take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks.

We will notify you, via e-mail, when an item on your order is out-of-stock and approximately when it will ship. You can choose to wait for your item, or you may request a refund of just that item.

Items that are in-stock will ship right away, and will ship separately from out-of-stock items. The out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they are available. You will not be charged extra for shipping.
