Return Policy

Items may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

The items must be unopened and in mint condition (able to be resold).
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return an item.

To Return Your Item

Ship the item back to the return address on the package.
You will need to cover the costs of shipping, and be responsible for the item's safe return to Better Than Paint.
Lost or damaged items cannot be refunded.
Once we receive your items, your account will be credited the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax (the shipping costs from your order, however, cannot be refunded).
